Cary Grace, President & Chief Executive Officer

Cary Grace is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AMN Healthcare Services (AMN). She has extensive experience leading global businesses through strategic growth and transformation with a focus on customers, operational excellence, digital enablement, and purpose-based cultures.   

Ms. Grace previously served as the CEO of Global Retirement, Investment, and Human Capital at Aon – a leading risk management, retirement, health, and human capital solutions organization – and she was recognized for multiple years as one of the Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker. She also led Aon’s Global M&A integration and its private health exchanges. 

Ms. Grace is on the Board of Directors of State Farm Insurance, League, Inc., Rush University Medical Center, Georgetown University’s McDonough Business School, and the Healthcare Leadership Council.

Ms. Grace holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where she was a Baker Scholar, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
