How It Works

We hire passionate and dedicated leaders with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and who want to supervise our Clinical Fellows completing their fellowship year. Mentors are tasked to provide direct and indirect supervision to SLP Fellows every week. Preferred skills are:

  • Active ASHA CCCs and state license
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Commitment to providing mentorship for the full 36 weeks
