  • Maintains and operates laboratory equipment and microscopes to capture samples
  • Develops samples using a series of staining techniques
  • Manages inventory of control blocks for sample staining
  • Studies samples to identify bacteria and diseases
  • Constructs and presents detailed reports and findings to physician and/or managing staff
